1. Cardiac Catheterization Room Charges.

1. Charges for inpatient stays in excess of 3days. Additional charges for these days including room and other charges such as Pharmacy will be added to the package price at a special discount of 20% to normal hospital rates (except on medicine).

2. Accommodations (for one day in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and two days in single room at Enclave-Ruby’s lifestyle floor including : )

• Room Charges
• Inpatient Nursing Charges
• Service Charges
• Regular Menu Food Charges

2. Charges for complex cases requiring emergency surgery, balloon pump or other conditions requiring equipment and hospital stays in excess of those specified.

3. Laboratory Testing

• Routine Lab tests necessary for the procedure as ordered by attending physician.

3. Balloon catheters in excess of one (1).

4. Radiology Studies

• Chest X-Ray (if required)

4. Outpatient fees and expenses incurred before admission.

5. Heart Centre

• EKG (if required)
• Echocardiography

5. Non-invasive cardiology testing (except more than one EKG & echocardiography) including stress testing, holter testing, etc.

6. Medications

• Routine Cath Lab Medications including contrast media and IV solutions.
• Inpatient Medications (given on the ward)

6. Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect.

7. Take home medications and supplies.

8. Medical supplies

• Routine Cath Lab Supplies including digital imaging and laser prints.

8. Other Separately Chargeable Services Like:

• Blood management for surgery
• Interpreter service if requested
• Local and International Phone Calls from ward/hospital

9. Doctor Fees

• Cardiologist fees

10. Other services

• Airport Transfers
• Meals/Laundry for Patient
• 24 hrs Internet browsing
• Meals for attendants
• Local to and fro transport between hotel and hospital for attendant.
• One-day local sight seeing for attendant by car.
