1. Cardiac Surgery Operating Charges.

• Nursing care
• Circulating Nurses
• Cardiac Surgery Team including Surgeon, Assistant Surgeon, Perfusionist and Anesthetist.

1. Charges for inpatient stay in excess of 9 days or stays past the day that the Physician has approved discharge. Stay over this limit indicate a complicated case or a voluntary stay and all additional charges for these days will be added to the package price at a special discount of 15% to normal hospital rates (except medicine).

2. Accommodations

• 3 days stay in the post-surgical Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
• Subsequently, room charges for single room in Enclave-Ruby’s lifestyle floor up to 7 days stay.
• Inpatient Nursing Charges.
• Service Charges
• Regular Menu Food Charges

2. Cardiac Catheterisation fees and related costs including physician fees.

3. Laboratory Testing

• Routine Lab tests necessary for the procedure as ordered by the attending Cardiologist Or Cardiac Surgeon.

3. Echocardiography (more than one) and Stress Testing.

4. Radiology Studies

• Chest X-Ray (if required)

4. Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect.

5. Heart Centre

• EKG (if required)
• Echocardiography (if required)

5. Take home medications and supplies.

6. Permanent Pacemakers.

7. Endocrinologist fee for Diabetic patient.
