Till date, CDs (Compact Discs) which store the images and are handed over to the patient, incase further surgery/procedures are required, could only be seen on computers where a special software called Dicom software is preinstalled - Multiple consultations with different cardiologist and cardiac surgeons become difficult as such computers are only available at specialized heart centers. The CD given by Ruby has inbuilt Dicom software and can be used on any computer where the CD itself preloads the software in the computer. Hence multiple consultation with cardiologists can be done from any computer.
