Patient Eligibility

The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients. Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high-risk cases and will not qualify for the package :

Uncontrolled bleeding disorders
Uncontrolled Glaucoma
Patients with underlying diseases such as uncontrolled Diabetes, hypertension, renal/vital organ failure, under immuno-suppressive treatment.

Add on Charges : Lens, whether flexible, hard or any other category, including intra-occular lens, to be charged extra.

The Package Includes	The Package Excludes
1. Operating Room Charges Operation Theatre charges	1. Pre-operative studies such as laboratory tests, pathology, radiology studies etc.
2. Medical Supplies Equipment and routine Medical supplies necessary for the procedure	2. Charges for other procedure that needed to be done.
3. Medications Routine medication necessary for the procedure OT medications including anesthetic agents and anesthetic drugs Eye medications	3. Charges for eye exam and OPD charges occurred prior to the surgery.
