1. Charges for inpatient stays in excess of nine nights or stays past the day that the physician has approved discharge. Stay over this limit indicate a complicated case or a voluntary stay and all additional charges for these days will be added to the package price at a special discount of 20% to normal hospital rates (except on medicine).

2. Accommodation (for seven nights in the medical/surgical floor inclusive of :)

• 3 days stay in the post-surgical coronary care unit.
• Single Room Charges at the Enclave Ruby’s lifestyle floor up to 7 days stay.
• Inpatient Nursing Charges
• Regular Menu Food Charges

2. Cardiac Catheterization fees and related costs including physician fees.

3. Laboratory Testing

• Routine Lab tests necessary for the procedure as ordered by attending physician.

3. Echocardiography (more than one) and Stress Testing.

4. Radiology Studies

• Chest X-Ray (if required)

4. Permanent pacemakers.

5. Heart Centre

• EKG (if required)

5. Endocrinologist fee for Diabetic Patient.

6. Medications

• Routine Cardiac Surgery Medications
• Inpatient Medications (given on the ward)

6. Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect.

7. Medical supplies

• Routine OT Supplies

7. Take home medications and supplies.

8. Doctor Fees

• Cardiac Surgery Team
• Cardiologist Fee

8. Procedures/medicines not related to the above.

9. Other services

• Airport Transfers
• Meals/Laundry for Patient
• 24 hrs Internet browsing
• Meals for attendants
• Local to and fro transport between hotel and hospital for attendant.
• One-day local sight seeing for attendant by car.

9. Other Separately Chargeable Services Like:

• Blood management for surgery
• Interpreter service if requested
• Local and International Phone Calls from ward/hospital
