1. Charges for inpatient stays in excess of one night. Additional charges for these days including room and other charges such as Pharmacy will be added to the package price at a special discount of 20% to normal hospital rates (except on medicines).

2. Accommodation (for one night in the Enclave – Ruby’s lifestyle floor :)

2. Charges for intensive care if necessary.

3. Laboratory Testing

• Routine Lab tests necessary for the procedure as ordered by attending physician.

4. Non-invasive cardiology testing (except more than one EKG & Peripheral Echocardiography) including stress testing, echocardiography, holter testing, etc.

5. Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect.

6. Medications

• Cardiologist fees for Catheterization procedure and inpatient visits.

• Local to and fro transport between hotel and hospital for attendant.
• One day local sight seeing for attendant by car
